Mother's Day Tea in the Topiary Garden 2026

Mother's Day Tea in the Garden is CoMo's 14th annual outdoor Springtime performance. Join us at the Topiary Park! This beautiful park is a Columbus highlight; the intricate topiaries are a whimsical re-creation of Georges Seurat's "A Sunday on La Grande Jatte." Follow modern dancers on a journey through the garden with site-specific dance works. This FREE event is a CoMo favorite and the perfect outing for Mom & the whole family. Tea & cookies will be served at intermission.

CoMo on Stage 
Friday, January 23, 2026 at 7pm (Columbus Performing Arts Center, downtown) 
Sunday, February 1, 2026 at 4:30pm (Abbey Theater of Dublin, inside the Dubin Recreation Center) 
Join us for our annual theater performance under the lights. Audience favorite repertoire from Mother's Day Tea and LoCoMotion will return, plus new works. Celebrate with us in a lobby cake reception with the dancers following the show. 
Tickets: $15 Adults | $10 Students, Seniors, Military | $5 Kids

LoCoMotion 2025 
Sun, 11/2 from 2:00-4:30pm 
Audience members will board a 56-passenger bus that will stop at various locations around downtown Columbus. At each stop, the audience will disembark to experience a unique space & a performance by CoMo Dance.

About Us

Columbus Modern (CoMo) Dance Company is a part-time professional modern dance company located in Columbus, OH. Made up of dancers from around the United States, the company has an athletic, entertaining style. CoMo company dancers hold degrees in dance from various national universities or have equivalent training. CoMo Dance Company enjoys working with a variety of local and national guest choreographers along with commissioning company-choreographed works. At CoMo Dance Company, our philosophy is “Be Entertained. Be Included. Be Fulfilled.” CoMo's fast-paced, part-time model provides a community for advanced dancers to pursue both a fulfilling family/career life and a professional dance career.
