Embers & Echos: CoMo Dance Fall Performance
Spend a fall afternoon with CoMo Dance in the beautiful natural light of Understory, a historic open air school turned modern event space. Cash bar by Wolf's Ridge Brewing. We'll present our latest repertoire, including "Resonance" by Sylvana Christopher and rep favorite "Little Voices" by Lindsay Hawkins. Parking is limited, so please allow extra time and carpool when possible. Or, join us Friday night at LaShutka Event Center for a donate-what-you-can show on the Scioto River.

Mother's Day Tea in the Garden is CoMo's 12th annual outdoor Springtime performance. Join us at the Topiary Park! This beautiful park is a Columbus highlight; the intricate topiaries are a whimsical re-creation of Georges Seurat's "A Sunday on La Grande Jatte." Follow modern dancers on a journey through the garden with site-specific dance works. This FREE event is a CoMo favorite and the perfect outing for Mom & the whole family. Tea & cookies will be served at intermission.
About Us
Columbus Modern (CoMo) Dance Company is a part-time professional modern dance company located in Columbus, OH. Made up of dancers from around the United States, the company has an athletic, entertaining style. CoMo company dancers hold degrees in dance from various national universities or have equivalent training. CoMo Dance Company enjoys working with a variety of local and national guest choreographers along with commissioning company-choreographed works. At CoMo Dance Company, our philosophy is “Be Entertained. Be Included. Be Fulfilled.” CoMo's fast-paced, part-time model provides a community for advanced dancers to pursue both a fulfilling family/career life and a professional dance career.
