Columbus Modern (CoMo) Dance Company is a part-time professional modern dance company located in Columbus, OH. Made up of dancers from around the United States, the company has an athletic, entertaining style. CoMo company dancers hold degrees in dance from various national universities or have equivalent training. CoMo Dance Company enjoys working with a variety of local and national guest choreographers along with commissioning company-choreographed works. At CoMo Dance Company, our philosophy is âBe Entertained. Be Included. Be Fulfilled.â CoMo's fast-paced, part-time model provides a community for advanced dancers to pursue both a fulfilling family/career life and a professional dance career.
CoMo produces an average of three full-length productions annually and performs at many community events throughout the year, including at arts festivals, farmers' markets, and fundraisers.Â
The company currently rehearses Tuesday & Thursday evenings at Dublin Dance Centre & Gymnastics from 8:30-10pm.
